Here’s everything you need to know about how Himalayan Shila ships your order, from our facility in Kashmir to your door.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will begin processing the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India through reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery times based on location:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5-7 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 7-10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery may vary depending on the courier and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. No charges are added after checkout.

Free Shipping

Orders above ₹999 ship free within India. Orders below this amount will have a standard shipping fee shown at checkout.

International Shipping

Himalayan Shila primarily ships within India. If you are outside India and want to place an order, please contact us at support@himalayanshila.com before purchasing so we can confirm availability and shipping costs for your location.

Where international shipping is possible, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment through the courier’s portal.

If you have not received tracking information within 4 business days of placing your order, contact us.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery delays can occur due to extreme weather, courier backlogs, strikes, public holidays, or other circumstances we cannot control. When this happens, we will communicate any updates as soon as they are available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Himalayan Shila is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@himalayanshila.com or call +91 60059 2616. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address before shipment where possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery but you have not received your order, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number, photos of any damage, and a brief description.

We will follow up with the courier and resolve the matter through a replacement or refund as appropriate. Claims reported after 48 hours of the expected delivery date may be difficult to process.

Packaging

Resin products are sealed in glass jars and packed securely for transit. If a package arrives looking tampered with, photograph it before opening and contact us straight away.
